But section 4 suggests very narrow confines. "There is little evidence that software patents increase incentives." And it gives a goood number of reasons: strategic use of software patents, do not fit incremental development style, computer programs already protected by copyright, costs for mitigation against risks, interoperability, economic evidence.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
