"What's in it for me", they are think, and then comment. Asking what big pharma thinks might be a good idea because 1) these days they are as likely to be an "infringer" as a patent owner, and 2) in Europe they use whichever forum, and whichever country's procedural rules, best solves their business problem. It really could be that EPLA will not help this class of sophisticated patent litgator.<br /><br />Competition between London and Duesseldorf is a good thing for the European patent litigation landscape. Isn't it doing more for patent law than the ECJ is doing for the development of trademark law?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
